Shipping:
  • All items shipped to you directly from the warehouses in California, Minnesota, Indiana, and Georgia.
  • We currently only ship to the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
  • At this time we cannot ship internationally nor do we ship to post office boxes.
  • Best-Decor.com uses UPS Ground or UPS 2nd day air for most shipping.
  • Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, Guam, and Virgin Islands requires an additional fee to the S&H amount.
  • No APO/FPO orders.
  • We ship within 1-3 days (Monday - Friday).

    Sales Tax:
    There is no sales tax for our Customers, we pay for it!

    Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

  • If the item(s) get out of stock, you will have the option of a full refund or to wait for the item to restock. We make every effort to ensure that the items we list are in stock.
  • If you are not happy with the purchase or you received a product in damaged condition or missing items please notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will ask for photos if necessary. We can offer replacement(s) or refund.
  • Shipping is non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for paying freight charges on all items returned through no fault of our company.
  • Any item returned must be returned in its original box.
  • Personalized items can not be returned.
  • You must contact us prior to any returns being made.
  •  Returns for refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Any defect that occurred after the product has been used is not returnable to us.
  • If you want to cancel an order you must notify us immediately. As long as the item has not shipped we can cancel it. If it has shipped then you will have to wait for the item to arrive and follow our return policy.

    Best-Decor.com may amend this policy from time to time, however we will not make any substantial changes.
